Welcome to the STEPS IT Helpdesk!

The helpdesk is your one stop shop for all IT needs at STEPS. If you do not automatically login to the portal you can hit the 'login' button in the top right of the screen and login using your STEPS email address and password.

On the helpdesk page you can:

Search for solutions, services and tickets
Browse self help articles and IT guides
Report an issue by raising a ticket
Request a service from our service catalogue
Approve any requests as a manager
See the status of your outstanding tickets

At any time you can also raise a ticket simply by emailing ithelpdesk@stepsrehabiltiation.co.uk.

The Helpdesk can be access anywhere at https://ithelpdesk.stepsrehabiltiation.co.uk & you can even submit a ticket without logging on if you have any access issues.
